Opened in the summer of 2016 Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar is almost a mirror image of it’s sister restaurant that resides across the Long Island Sound, Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar in Huntington, New York. The latest trends in cuisine and design come together at Prime to present the most insatiable and fashionable of diners with a first choice-dining destination whatever their mood. Under one roof, diverse menus combine classic favorites with modern twists to be savored in surroundings or equally balanced contrasts with a striking décor. A la cart selections include “primers,” raw bar favorites, mizu sushi, USDA prime steaks and chops, surf & turf and hand made desserts. We boast of a 750 label wine list with varietals, vintages and vineyards from all over the world.
In the warmer seasons enjoy one of our signature cocktails outside at our Cabana Bar, while overlooking the docks and mouth of the Rippowam River as it flows into the Long Island Sound.
Proper attire is required to enter the main dining room, shirt (no tank tops) and shoes are required at all times in all areas.
Reservations are accepted with a credit card to hold dock space. Any boat docked over 3 hours will be charged an additional $25 per hour.
We will allow overnight docking. If your boat is 25 ft. or smaller, overnight docking will be $100. If your boat is between 26-55 ft. overnight docking will be $150.
Boats that stay overnight will need to be out of the slip by 10AM the following morning.
